You are not allowed to have front screen and front passenger/drive window tinted. But you are allowed to have rear windows and back window tinted. *I am talking blacked out, pretty much, cause windows are allowed to be slightly tinted. So, I guess it also depends on the degree to which you plan on tinting your windows. Of course these answer are going to vary, depending laws of areas etc. I suggest you ask you garage, they’ll be able to tell you.

No, none of the above answers are correct. The law varies by state, but in Ohio you can only have your front windows 50%. The other windows can be as dark as you want. Look up on google your state’s tint laws. But it’s almost always the front window glass that matters. Reason being is that when a cop pulls you over, and he walks up to your window, he wants to be able to clearly see that you don’t have like a gun pulled. Cuz cops have been killed through dark glass cuz they couldnt see he had a gun out. But I know Ive seen lots of sports cars past the legal limit. Cops wont pull you for it, but if they nail you for speeding, then they’ll nail you for that too. And they will literally scrape it off your windows if you get caught.
