A. Generally yes. Developers timeshare prices have to include the costs of advertising, presenting, free gifts, etc., which are 30% to 40% of the total cost of the timeshare! This alone can easily exceed the cost of the timeshare resale. If you buy a timeshare through a resale market, expect to pay for the timeshare 50% to 90% less.
