Are Three Rivers Park District facilities accessible for persons with disabilities?
Most park buildings are wheelchair-accessible, and all parks have wheelchair-accessible restroom facilities. Four Three Rivers Park District are among the sites featured in the “guide to universal access at 50 recreation areas throughout Minnesota” on Wilderness Inquiry’s Web site: www.wildernessinquiry.org/mnparks. Persons with disabilities are welcome at all Three Rivers Park District programs, facilities and activities. Staff will work with individuals and groups to accommodate persons with special needs.
