Are those white tigers with black stripes albino? If not, why are they white instead of orange?

They are not albino. Tigers can carry two genes for color, one being orange and one being white. They can have combinations of orange white, orange orange or white white. For a tiger to be white it MUST contain TWO white genes. So both its parents could have been orange with recessive white genes that tehy BOTH passed onto the offspring. Anything albino has NO COLOR. their eyes are often pigmentless and therefore red or pink. On top of that most albino things die very shortly after birth due to other genetic mishaps that come along with being albino. For example, you wont see an albino horse because when a horse is born albino it is also born with no way to excrete solid waste and dies shortly after birth.
