It doesn’t sound like psychosis because to put it in a simple explanation someone who is psychotic sees/hears/senses something that isn’t there. So someone who is psychotic may see a person or animal or something that isn’t really there but they clearly see it often as clearly as they see a real person who is standing with them who is telling them the other person/thing isn’t there. Or they may hear voices. Also it can be other sensory hallucinations such as a touch or taste. In terms of thinking people are watching you if you were psychotic you would have irrational thoughts about these people – perhaps thoughts that people were out to harm you. You sound like you do have something going on right now though so I would suggest speaking to a teacher at school you trust and explain to them what you’ve written about here and they can direct you to the right help.
