Are these exercises cardio, muscular strength or muscular endurance?
1. Depends on the weight used, and whether or not the person can do much originally at bodyweight. Ranges from muscular strength to muscular endurance. 2. Muscular endurance bordering on useless. 3. Muscular endurance ranging to strength, depending on how many push-ups someone can do. 4. Cardio bordering on muscular endurance, depending on how long one can go for. 5. Endurance ranging to strength, depending on the rep range, but you shouldn’t do sit-ups anyway as they are a terrible exercise. 6. Muscular strength ranging to endurance, again depending on how many reps one can do. For the majority of the above, lower reps with higher weight translates to muscular strength, while high reps translates to endurance.
