Are there true proveable accounts of people having premonitions?
Not in the sense you mean, no. There are plenty of stories of people predicting events with varying degrees of accuracy, but they are vastly outnumbered by examples of people predicting events with complete inaccuracy. The results fall within the sort of numerical range you’d expect from chance. So you can never have an example of what you ask: it can never be known whether a particular prediction was achieved through some supernatural power or simply a coincidence. There is also the problem of what constitutes a prediction. I could say “There will be a plane crash somewhere in the world before the end of the year” with complete confidence that my prediction will be correct. It does not require any supernatural talent however.
There are some cases where a prediction appears to be made and on record before an event but it is oftem vague and in any case, we cannot prove it is a premonition and not a coincidence without doing some form af statistical test to see if that person gets it too often for it to be due to chance (there are a huge number of people making predicitions, the law of averages suggests some will have to be right, but that’s not actually a predicition, any more than guessing heads or tails is a predicition). So it’s not as simple as finding a few examples of what seems to be a predicition come true, there are further tests you’d need to do.
