Yes, the cards have transaction charges on usage and limits to the amounts you can withdraw from your account on a daily basis. You can find the limits through the Authorised card provider through whom you obtained your card. • What happens if I return something I purchased with my prepaid card? When you return something purchased with your prepaid cards, the merchant will credit the amount of the return to your card. Because returns are handled via the merchant’s bank, credits may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your account. • What happens when my card expires? Before your card expires you should endeavour to request for a replacement. We may also send you a new one to activate and use. Renewal fee is applicable. • What if I decide that I do not want my prepaid card anymore? If you decide you no longer want your prepaid card, simply bring your account balance to zero and notify us of your desire. We will verify that all funds have been returned to you and close your account
