The Environmental Protection Agency provides information and a calculator on greenhouse gas conversions at: http://www.epa.gov/cleanenergy/energy-resources/calculator.html FTA will also post a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet on its webpage at http://www.fta.dot.gov/ to help with calculations.
