For any version of Microsoft® Internet Explorer (IE), we recommend that you open a single browser. Multiple browsers can interfere with UPS Internet Shipping and can create problems maintaining our shipping transaction If you are using an IE version below the minimum system requirements (IE 5.0 SP2 and up) and are experiencing slow or sluggish performance, we recommend upgrading your browser to the latest IE version available. Also, Active X must be enabled on all versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are receiving intermittent browser error messages like “unable to connect to server,” these upgrades will be effective. To upgrade, use the automatic upgrade feature in the IE Help menu. We recommend that you close any unnecessary applications, clear out your browser’s memory cache, or add more memory to your PC.
