• Applies only to equipment that has been installed less than one (1) year. • Option to purchase coverage in two (2), five (5) or ten (10) year increments to cover parts only, labor only, or parts and labor for the duration of the agreement. • Protection Plus covers residential and light commercial units, 1-25 tons. • Fully transferable to the new owner if property is sold. • Certain restrictions apply. Note: Equipment installed over one (1) year, less than two (2) year “option” is NOT available in Canada or on Commercial Equipment.
