Are there telephone or cell phone regulations on campus?
There are telephones for student use in each dorm. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors may not take or receive phone calls during study hours from 7:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays or after 10:30 p.m. unless it is an emergency call from or to parents, immediate family, or guardians; or in the case of international students to family they could not reach at other hours. Seniors must be off the phones by 11:00 p.m.
