The online program requires the following capabilities: • Connection speed—at a minimum, the program requires a 56k modem. However, DSL, Cable, or T1 lines provide optimal connection speeds. • Version of browser—the program is built for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or above, and Netscape Navigator version 6.1 or above. • Browser options—the program will need the browser options to be set to JavaScript enabled. • Plug-in requirements—the only plug-in required for this product is Flash 5 or higher. • Firewall—if your firewall allows typical web traffic (http), there should be no problem with viewing the courses behind your firewall. • Sound cards—sound cards are not required, but learners will miss out on some audio components of the course that add to the overall experience.
