Sure are! Our courts are synthetic grass and unlike real grass courts it is real easy to adapt from hard court. Synthetic grass also suit about any ones game! I wouldn’t say that synthetic grass courts are faster than real grass courts but it is fast enough to continually serve and volley. I don’t really serve and volley all that much but when I hit a decent first serve and get to the net I usually get a weak response from my oppenent.
