Are there such things as “Miniature” Potbelly pigs for pets?
The miniature is actually the runts of the litter. They still get to almost full pig size. Any pictures you see of ‘teacup’ pigs are ones that are not even 2 months old. They never show the full grown ones because they just don’t stay that small. If you live inside a city’s limits, you can’t have them anyway, pigs are livestock and all livestock are banned due to sanitation and noise issues. Your common council would have to grant you special permission to have one, otherwise you’d be getting fined and the animal would be confiscated once someone made a complaint.
