Are there such things as lower and higher ceiling limits for building and sale of plots?
With respect to building, limit vary according to location of the plot, where plots with a single street front have less building allowance than those which are considered corner unit or overlooking three street fronts. As for the sale of plot, there are no restrictions or limit. An investor can sell his plot immediately after the purchase or keep it for as long as is needed.
