Generally, we do not recommend study material or provide study guides for most examinations. However, if a study guide is available this information will appear on the examination announcement. Additional civil service test preparation booklets are available at the Poughkeepsie Public Library. Civil service test preparation booklets are available through the CSEA’s WORK Institute. Contact the WORK Institute at 518-782-4427 or 1-866-478-5548 or log on to the CSEA home page at www.csealocal1000.org. (A fee may be charged for booklets.)
