Are there state or national regulations involved with egg donation?
Not currently. However, we do require each donor we accept to undergo a legal consultation. The attorney reviews our donor contracts, the consent form for the fertility center being used, and works with counsel for the intended parents to establish a direct agreement between the two parties. It’s critical to avoid unnecessary surprises.
