Yes, there are lots of scholarships. The field is designated as “Critical Need” by the State of Florida so you can apply for tuition reimbursements after graduation. If you are currently enrolled in your third consecutive high school Technology Education class and meet GPA guidelines, you will be eligible for the Gold Seal Award or Bright Futures which can pay 75% of tuition and books at SPC. In addition, you may be eligible for your school’s Chappie James Award. If you are a member of Florida Technology Student Association (FL-TSA), they have two scholarships that can be used towards your degree in Technology Education at SPC.
