A. Lockbox Reporting – Lockbox deposit and/or detailed remittance information is available to you on a same-day basis. Float transmissions are at 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 4:00 p.m.; remittance transmissions are at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m.. You can easily project your cash position early in the day and make informed credit decisions. Controlled Disbursement Reporting – Controlled Disbursement totals, including adjustments, are ready on your PC each morning. First presentment totals are available by 8:30 a.m. and second presentments and adjustments are available by 10:30 a.m. You can be assured the totals you receive are complete and accurate. You also have the option to receive the detail of all checks that will be presented for payment at the same time your totals are available.
