Are there special windows designated for appointments?
There is not a designated window for appointments. When clients are scheduled, they are given a brightly colored appointment card and instructed to come to any window and just hand the card to the reception worker. They do not need to stand in line. Before each orientation period, there is usually a call for anyone who is checking in. We do this before the announcement for the video. There is a window specifically for Welfare-To-Work clients, as they need to be directed to a number of different places during the day.
