The terms and conditions of the CCDRM Fund grant will be set out in a legally binding Partnership Agreement between the submitting organization and the Canadian High Commission, Barbados. The receiving organization will be required deposit and hold the grant funds provided in a separate auditable bank account with statements available to the High Commission upon request. Wherever possible, organizations receiving CCDRM Fund assistance should provide the High Commission with audited financial statements. The recipient organization should also maintain all necessary records and accounts as required by generally accepted accounting principles. The Canadian High Commission reserves the right to carry out independent evaluations or audits on any project supported by the Canada Caribbean Disaster Risk Management Fund.
