Yes. This is a closed building, any communication backbone cabling and extension of circuits must be performed by Prime Communications 1. Prime Communications 1 is the buildings riser management firm and will extend circuits from the main telephone closet to the tenants office space. The buildings preferred vendors (AT & T, Verizon Business, & Cogent Communications) may perform work within the tenants suite.
