All seniors are contacted in the early part of the fall semester to schedule individual appointments with a member of the career staff to discuss a personal plan to achieve post-graduation goals, including employment or graduate school. In addition, Hiatt sponsors an On-Campus Recruiting Program, multiple career fairs, as well as educational workshops.
