Are there special parking prices for part time faculty teaching two days/week?
No, there is no special parking fee for part time faculty. For this year only, the administration reduced the parking fees by 50 percent for staff and students to LE 1500 per year / LE 750 per semester. Off-Peak parking is LE 1,200. Visitor’s parking is free of charge but limited to 3-4 hours and cannot be used as a regular parking spot by the same person on a daily basis. I only come to the new campus once a week or once every two weeks. Short-term parking does not fit my needs since my campus visit are likely to last all day.
