My instructions are very simple. Patients are told not to engage in any heavy lifting, straining, or other activity that would raise their heart rate for two hours after their injection. Exercise the treated muscles by using normal facial movements. Do not touch or rub the treated area for two hours after your treatment. After two hours, there are no restrictions at all.
