If there are at least 20 students interested, the college will offer Selected Topics courses in a variety of areas. Some titles that might be of interest are Sociology of Poverty and Early Learning Classroom Assessment. These courses would be designed to address many of the concerns teachers will face in working with School Readiness and Head Start children. Contact a campus Social Sciences dean about starting a cohort for Selected Topics course.
