Are there special alarm clocks for people under heavy stress and who have to keep to schedules?
Garrett – I recommend the use of a PDA or Smart Phone. This way you can take advantage of the Calendar/Agenda function, and schedule multiple events/appointments, all with alarms and reminders. If you’re under heavy stress, you may want to choose an alarm sound that won’t startle you or isn’t too loud. Maybe even keep it in your pocket and have a vibrating alarm. My phone (I have a Blackberry) even has an ‘escalating alarm’ which starts softly and gradually gets louder and louder. Also, you’d be able to synch and program it from a computer, which should make managing the schedule easier. Hope this helps, Itay.
