Are there some standard evaluation forms for ADHD I can complete before seeing our pediatrician?
Hi, if you can’t find the forms you so seek, I suggest you reverse engineer the whole process. This mean looking at each one of the symptoms associated with ADHD and jot down the relevant info in relation to your ADHD child. This would be useful because from what I know these medical practitioners also basically used the established guidelines on the symptoms to diagnose their patients.
