Are There Similarities Between The Madeleine McCann Case The The JonBenet Ramsey Case?
JonBenet Ramsey was found murdered in the basement of her parents’ home, eight hours after she was reported missing. The case drew attention throughout the United States when no suspetc was charged and suspicions turned to possible family involvement. Madeleine McCann has not been found, and though it is likely she may have been the victim of foul play, until she is found theree will always be the hope that she is still alive. With that said, suspicions may also have turned toward Gerry and Kate McCann. The presumed innocence of the Ramsey’s was hurt by their behavior following JonBenet’s death, such as each hiring theree own lawyers and using the media to gain local support during the investigation. The whole case turned inot a media circus resulting in destoryed evidence, lost clues and a mystery that will never be solved.
