There is no shipping cost if you download the software from our web site. You will be e-mailed a license upgrade key, which can be entered into the Free Edition application downloaded from our website. You will not be required to re-install the package. If you order from our website there is an option to also have a CD delivered. These CD’s are burned on demand and shipped from the USA as part of the online order process. The CD content is exactly the same as the file download from our website. So most people opt for the download to avoid shipping costs.
