A shipping and handling charge of $5.00 per order will be applied to all for-sale items shipped in the United States. A $20.00 shipping and handling fee to Canada and Mexico, and a $50.00 fee for all other international orders will be applied. For Pennsylvania orders, a 6 percent sales tax will be applied to the order total.
