Yes, ICE Data monitor the usage of the XML web service 24×7, the unique ID that you are issued with once your access is approved, allows ICE to determine your web service usage. Certain services are restricted by frequency of request others are limited by time of day, full restrictions are outlined in the API documentation available following your application. Your maximum update frequency will be a request every 30 seconds.
