However, the Serb sources in Kosovo claim that these informations are absolutely wrong and that the possible cause of confusion is the increased presence of special police units who sometimes wear black uniforms, similar to those used by Arkan’s “Tigers”. Although nothing can be excluded, it is certain that Arkan’s units are not active in Kosovo and the reason is very simple: for now, the Police is keeping the situation under control.
