Are there security features and password protection in RTO Pro?
Yes there are 5 password levels that can be setup for access to various areas and functions in RTO Pro. Q: Can RTO Pro do airtime accounts for beepers or cell phones. A: Yes, there is even a contract type set up just for this type of account and also a separate tax category if the tax is higher on airtime in your area. Q: Does RTO Pro do billing / invoicing. A: Yes, when you load contracts you select whether you want them to be billed or not, you can even customize the layout of the invoice. See Billing and Edit Letters.
