Are there secondary schools in Australia using the Montessori method?
Yes. There are currently two schools offering a secondary level Montessori education. They are: The Montessori School 18 Montessori Place, Kingsley WA 6062 Elonera Montessori School 21 Mount Ousley Road Mount Ousley NSW 2519 Sutherland Shire Montessori School will be offering Year 7 enrolments in 2008 99-107 Manchester Road, Gymea NSW 2227 In addition, there are plans within the Montessori communities in Sydney to either extend the offerings at established Montessori primary schools to include high school years or to establish a Montessori high school.
