Are there scholarships available from KESHER or KESHER at the University of Texas?
Some. If your travel costs over $300, you may be eligible for a travel subsidy up to $200 from KESHER. Please click here to find out more. We encourage you to ask for financial assistance from your hometown congregation, campus Hillel, congregations local to your campus, regional Hillel or URJ Regional Office to help subsidize your travel and registration costs. You may also want to speak to the Brotherhood or Sisterhood representatives at your home congregation, as they may know of additional funding available to you. Unfortunately, neither KESHER nor KESHER at the University of Texas will offer scholarships for the event. * We understand that many participants will be receiving scholarships from various sources.
