Are there rules and regulations that residents must follow when living in Lake Forest?
Yes. All Lake Forest residents are bound by a set of Deed Restrictions & Protective Covenants which are agreed to at the time of purchase of your home. A copy of these Restrictions & Covenants is available on this website, and a hard copy is available from any Social Committee member or Phase rep. Each year at the Annual LFLOA Meeting of all residents, proposed changes to these Restrictions & Covenants are voted upon and accepted if approved by 66% of members in good standing.
