Are there rehabs for teens that cut themselves?
It could just be a phase because alot of teens go through it. I don’t know if there are rehabs but there are people who can help you. (psychiatrist,therapist) I know no one wants to go to someone they don’t know to talk to them. But it actually helps and it sometimes nice to talk to someone who has no emotional ties to you. They won’t make you feel bad about yourself. You should definitely start trying to stop now too. Years down the road you won’t be too happy of the scars.
