Are there regulations with regards to monuments permissible in churchyards?

0

If the monument is to be placed in a churchyard some general rules do apply: e.g. No kerbing is permitted, no book designs. Marble and polished granite are also not permitted. We do offer a wide range of monuments which are specifically designed with churchyard regulations in mind. Slate, natural stones and honed granite are acceptable and we would be able to advise you for your personal requirements. The 2008 churchyard regulations for the Diocese of Lincoln are available here.
