Answer Hi Bubba, As you are not a Realtor, you would not have access to the full MLS listings which contain confidential information. Depending on what state or area you are in, you might have a public access version of the MLS available online which would probably contain all the listings that are available. There would be limited details about those listings, and usually the public access versions are a few days to a week behind. (Realtor.com is a good example of this.) The public access MLS sites also have limited search capabilities. (For example, if you need RV parking or a bedroom of certain dimensions you would not be able to search like that through public access sites.) For more specialized searches and to get truly up to date information, you would need to contact a local Realtor who could send you listings as soon as they come on the market or could set up specific search parameters for you.
