There are none! I recently learned the dirty little secret of the computing industry that I’ve never seen discussed in the 15 years I’ve been using a PC: there is not a single storage medium that is fail-safe. I’ve lost data from three rotating sets of zip disks and from two alternating CD-RW’s (which had been used for only a few months…and were a ‘name’ brand, not the store junk that’s good only for coasters!). A draftsman friend of ours had his external hard drive crash at the same time his internal drive crashed, so he lost all of his plans, projects and drawings.
