Are there problems with duplicate content?
When purchasing PLR content, it’s obvious that other people will be purchasing the same exact content as well. Because of that, we highly recommend that you alter and rewrite your PLR before using it to make it unique to your voice and message. There are exclusions to this rule where you will not be putting the content directly out into the search engines. For example, when purchasing our auto-responder series or free reports, these are generally list building tools that will not be used to drive traffic to your site, but instead are used once people visit the site and opt in to your list. In this case, it’s safe to not necessarily alter the content. Duplicate content is only a problem when it’s used within the same website, not when the same article appears on multiple websites. Therefore, it’s not enforced for you to alter your PLR, but it will benefit you and generate better results if you don.
