Prescription medications — Individuals should submit the EM-BALANCE ingredients list to their physician for examination to make certain that the ingredients in EM-BALANCE do not contradict or conflict with the physician’s prescription. Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) — Individuals taking MAOs like Phenelzine (Nardil) and trancypromine (Parnate) and moclobemide (Aurorex) should consult their physician. High blood pressure — Anyone receiving treatment for high blood pressure should review the ingredient list with their physician. PKU – phenylketonuria — (inability to metabolize phenylalanine) EM-Balance contains Phenylalanine and should not be used by individual with PKU. Consult your physican for further information. Yohimbe Extract — Individuals should stop taking extracts of Yohimbe 48 hours previous to using EM-BALANCE in order to prevent side effects which may include sweating, nausea, vomiting.
