Yes. We require some stitching experience for both Basic Repair and Advanced Garment Repair classes. And, per 2008 edition requirements, the Advanced Garment Repair approval can only be provided to Organizations or ISPs that have been verified by a third party laboratory for Advanced Garment Repairs.
