A – Items which are damaged by rust, corrosion, mold or mildew will not be eligible for coverage under the Liberty Home Protection warranty. Additionally, those items which have accumulated chemical, bacterial and sedimentary deposits are deemed unsuitable for inclusion in coverage. Insect infestation or any type of pet/pest damage on the parts of or within the units are not considered acceptable for coverage. Loss or damage that is the result of gross misuse, abuse or general negligence will also render the unit unsuitable for coverage.
