Are you kidding me? I’m filipino and 13, and a shopaholic. Yes, there are A TON of popular american name brand clothing lines here in the Philippines. I recommend you go to the following malls: Rockwell, Shangrila, High Street, Eastwood, and Trinoma. Only about 10% of them have local stores. We have Italian stores, french stores, and others. For american name brand: The Philippines has GAP to Bayo. It’s strange but we don’t have Abercrombie or Hot Topic and other stereotypical brands. Anyway, we have a ton of American clothing stores which I’m way too lazy to list. oh and a piece of advice: Most foreigners and tourists go to the sari-sari stores because they tend to book hotel rooms online which have a tendency to be in a bad area filled with not exactly good or clean attractions. I think it would be best if you Google and reserve in Shangrila hotel, Discovery Suites, Crowne Plaza, Linden Suites which are the nearest hotels to a shopping center with american brand names.
