Are there plans to port xvidcap to Windows?
No. Well, not that I wouldn’t think such a port worthwhile, but it’s so far at the end of the priority list that it will probably never happen, unless a skilled Windows programmer wants to join the project for explicitly that reason. After all, there are available tools for Windows, albeit typically not for free, like: Lotus ScreenCam, Camtasia, etc.
