Are there Pet seat belt laws for AZ, NM?

Hi Richard, It is my impression from trying to look, that neither of these 2 states have mandatory pet seat belt laws. With that being said, I believe it is absolutely necessary that pets should be safely strapped in when they are in the car. I do not go anywhere without my dog’s seat belt on him. I hope that this is a law that in the near future will be considered very important.
