Are there personal trainers available?
Every membership includes 2 free sessions with a certified personal trainer. Additional session are also available based on an hourly rate. Q: Do your group fitness classes cost extra? A: Our classes are included in all of our membership packages! Q: What is the minimum age my child has to be to join? A: The short answer is 15 years old. A parent or guardian must accompany a child under the age of 18 at all times. Q: I would like to try the club before I join, is this possible? A: We offer a free 7 day trial pass for those who are thinking of joining. Some restrictions apply. Q: One of my biggest complaints about my current workout facility is it is too crowded, how do you address this issue? A: Our goal from the beginning is to limit our memberships so our members do not have to experience this common issue. It is important to note that we have not received any complaints from our members! Q: Do you provide towel service to your members? A: Shower towels are 50 cents and sweat towels
